A Retreat for Healing Professionals
You've been a steady presence through extraordinary storms — bearing witness to grief, trauma, and fear on behalf of others while the world continues to ask more of you than ever before.
You give endlessly, skillfully, compassionately, but sometimes there is not enough of a holding space for you.
The systems we live in prevent the reciprocity necessary to process the experience that accumulates in our own energetic, physical, and emotional bodies.
This retreat is a place for people who hold others to collectively process some of the weight they carry and be held.
"I feel like my grief about the world and my clients' grief about the world are compounding."
"I'm exhausted in ways I can't even articulate to the people around me."
"My grief has layers that need to be expressed in a safe container created for the whole person — body, mind and spirit."
"I find myself self-abandoning in the name of helping/giving."
"I need to be in community with people who understand."
"I need restoration that actually reaches me where I am."
"You cannot pour from an empty vessel. This is your time to be filled — not with more knowledge, but with rest, deep connection, and the profound knowing that you are not alone in this."
The Heart of This RetreatTwo days designed entirely around your restoration — not your productivity.
Release what words cannot reach. Embodied practices to move through the grief and stress held in your nervous system — safely, gently, and with skilled facilitation.
Gentle yoga, conscious breathwork, and mindful movement crafted for depleted, compassion-weary bodies. No performance, no goals — just return.
Be truly witnessed by peers who understand the invisible weight you carry. This is sacred, boundaried space where you can finally set down the professional self and just be.
Forest walks, outdoor stillness, and the quiet medicine of the earth. Let the land do what it does best — hold and restore.
An intentional, held ceremony to support deep inner access — going beneath the surface to places where healing happens beyond words. Facilitated with care, reverence, deep expertise, and safety.
Fifth Dimension's spa is a sanctuary for restoration — cedar sauna, open-air jacuzzi, cold plunge, and heated outdoor showers, all designed to help you relax deeply and restore balance in body, mind, and spirit. Individual healing treatments are available to book as a personal add-on to your retreat experience.
Fifth Dimension Retreat & Events Center (fifthdimensionretreats.com) sits on sacred land at Harts Lake, nestled in a quiet forest south of Tacoma. The land itself, ancestral land of the Nisqually Indian Tribe and consecrated by a leader of the Native American Church of Puyallup, holds a powerful stillness that supports inner transformation — the kind that doesn't need to be forced.
From the moment you arrive, something in you will begin to exhale.

This retreat is held by four experienced healers who share a common belief: that those who care for others deserve to be cared for with equal skill, tenderness, and intention. Each brings a deep commitment to embodiment — to the body as the site of wisdom, healing, and return.
Isabela has over 10 years of experience teaching yoga and has completed multiple 200-hour teacher trainings in Baptiste, The 26/2, Power Yoga, Ashtanga/Rocket Yoga, and Kids Yoga. She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and incorporates therapeutic yoga and somatic practices into her counseling practice in Kenmore. Alongside her clinical work, she continues to teach public yoga classes throughout Seattle and the Eastside. Her classes blend structure and freedom, offering a supportive space for self-discovery, growth, and resilience.
